Whale Ground SPC Limited uses personal information submitted through this website to respond to investor enquiries and document requests.

Information we collect

An investor enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number, fund interest, expected allocation, investor type, preferred contact time and any additional information you provide. We also record a submission reference, timestamps and delivery status. Standard service logs may contain technical request information used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use and share it

We use this information to respond to you, arrange an introductory call, maintain enquiry records and protect the service from misuse. Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and confirmation messages are delivered through Gmail. A copy is sent to the address entered in the form and blind-copied to Whale Ground Investor Relations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

The enquiry database is hosted in Google Cloud's Singapore region. Information may be processed in other locations where Whale Ground or its service providers operate. We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw an enquiry, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
